A team of DTEK power engineers has arrived and is ready to start repairing the Ocheretine-Tsentralna line, but there is still no permission from the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC). We are waiting.
In about an hour, the second line supplying electricity to Avdiivka will be downed for repairing power lines damaged by shell splinters. These damages did not break lines altogether but can cause the lines to burn out at any moment unless we repair them.
They promise to complete the repairs till dusk and I trust them.

AKHZ power engineers have detected the damaged power transmission lines and DTEK’s engineers are ready to start repairing the Ocheretine-Tsentralna line tomorrow morning. We are waiting for a permission from the JCCC.
The plant operates using one electricity input, and core shops generate power on their own.
At present, Ukrzaliznytsia and Avdiivka Coke’s crews are repairing the railway lines. Rail operations will be renewed on one track soon.
These steps helped us return to normal operations.
Avdiivka has heat and electricity.

Shells damaged Ocheretine-Avdiivka power line and broke down overhead contact system of railway lines. Avdiivka Coke power engineers are examining the damages. Ukrzaliznytsia and the plant’s specialists are restoring the overhead wires to renew rail operations.
